Training and Development Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Development Specialist, located in Smederevo. The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing instructional materials, designing training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness. The Specialist will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers or department leaders
• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees
• Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills
• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
• Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
