Training and Knowledge Specialist
Your responsibilities:
- Needs identification followed by developing, organizing, delivering and quality follow up of soft skill, technical and general knowledge related training for Customer Care front line employees
- Design of comprehensive and attractive training material with end customer needs and preferences built in the content.
- Customer-facing processes stakeholder during business analyses phase of G2M process
- Design of customer-facing processes and working procedures according to product/service requirements and general business and CEx goals
- Information collection, distribution and knowledge management related activities related to processes, prices, services, and knowledge-base management
For the good start, you will need:
- High School or College Degree
- Experience in training adults and facilitating large meetings
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the telecommunications industry is preferable
- Proficient level of English language
- Good command of MS Office tools (Advanced PPT skills)
- Knowledge of multimedia and modern teaching tools and applications is an advantage
