For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Training and Performance Supervisor with English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Trainers to ensure smooth and effective training delivery;
- Enforce training standards, procedures, and compliance guidelines;
- Monitor team performance and take part in regular feedback and evaluations;
- Keep training materials up to date and suggest process improvements;
- Detect and report any issues or challenges affecting operations;
- Maintain effective team communication and a professional work environment, working in rotating day and night shifts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 months’ experience as a Trainer, with proven leadership potential;
- Strong performance track record and positive feedback history;
- Hands-on knowledge of training tools, content, and quality standards;
- Confident user of Microsoft Office; great presentation and people skills;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken;
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
