• Monitor and analyze customer transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activity.
• Conduct detailed investigations using advanced research tools to assess transaction legitimacy and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of findings to support case closure or further review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate potential risks.
• Assist in reviewing client documentation for regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Contribute to special projects to help the company stay ahead of industry developments.

Who are we looking for:

• A detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
• A proficient English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant tools.
• Experience with document forensics (e.g., Resistant AI) is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in law, economics, or finance is preferred but not required.
• Capable of working independently with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
