About the role 

We are looking for a Travel Administrator to provide support to the travel coordinator in the Owners Team project controls function. Your role will include support for international and local travel (flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, visa support etc.) Based in Belgrade, you will report to the Travel Coordinator and be part of a 6 person owners Project controls team covering cost control, planning & scheduling, reporting and travel.

Working in a collaborative environment, you will:

• Support arranging international business travel upon request
• Support team with Visa requirements and applications
• Provide support to the project admin team for all transfers and on site accommodation requirements
• Provide and arrange RT VIP airport transfers
• Ensure compliance with all travel guidelines, policies and procedures for corporate travel
• Travel market research by request
• Redesigning travel database trackers
• Ad hoc assistance to the Project Controls team as required

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• College/University Education: Degree in tourism / hospitality / office management or similar is desirable – but not essential
• Have held a similar role in large international organisation
• Experience in travel agencies / company travel department
• Experienced in administration or communications type roles an advantage
• Industrial or construction project experience an advantage
• Proficient in the use of travel management systems (Inflight, RTTMS)
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
• Excellent analytical skills
• Confident and engaging personality with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Serbian and English in both written and oral communication
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you can manage a variety of tasks simultaneously without losing your attention to detail or overview
• You are creative and curious about seeing things from a different perspective
