Grammer Business Center (GBC) plays a crucial role in supporting Grammer's global operations by integrating essential functions such as accounting, procurement, HR, IT and sales. As a shared services center, GBC provides transactional services, expert support, and data analysis to various Grammer locations worldwide, ensuring efficiency and streamlining processes across departments.

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Expenses and Time Management Specialist to join our growing team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recording travel expense reports
  • Reviewing and approving travel expenses in line with existing travel expense policy
  • Updating and maintaining travel expense policy
  • Evaluating and rectifying absences in consultation with employees
  • Recording working hours, leave, and absences (vacation, sick leave, flexitime)
  • Managing shift models
  • Providing support and guidance to employees on all time management and travel expense-related topic

We are looking for someone with:

  • Fluency in German and English language 
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in travel expenses or time management is a plus
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • A structured, independent approach to work
  • Excellent communication and and ability to work in a team
