JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, organize and ensure a smooth running of business trips (booking of hotels, flight tickets, rental cars…) according to internal requirements
- Be the first point-of-contact for all questions with regards to business travels
- Work in close collaboration with external institutions for a proper handling and preparation of all necessary documentation
- Work in close collaboration with internal departments and providing smooth running of travel processes
- Check and control all business travel expense
- Update information related to infrastructure, company rules, policies, procedures.
- Establish a clear internal documentation
- Provide support for other daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Economy and Business Administration
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills and orientation to details
- Excellent communication skills
