Treasury Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team. The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for managing the organization’s daily cash flow, bank payments, optimizing liquidity, supporting financing activities, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company’s financial stability and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily transaction positions to ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts.
• Execute reimbursements and receipts, including payments to vendors and intercompany transfers.
• Manage bank account administration, including bank payments, deposits, opening/closing accounts and maintaining signatories.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (banks, agencies).
• Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for management review.
• Participate in treasury-related projects, such as system implementations or banking rationalization initiatives.
• Track and manage tax exemption applications across the group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in treasury, banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of fund management, and banking operations.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
• Experience working in multinational or multi-currency environments.
