RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Booking loads and communication with brokers, drivers, customers
- Monitoring and responding to e-mails
- Answering a high volume of phone calls and providing information and care to customers
- Scheduling/rescheduling pick-up and delivery appointments, dispatching and providing assistance to drivers.
- Resolving all kinds of transportation issues
- Performing inbound and outbound calls for loads to be picked up or delivered
- Communicating tracking updates to customers and conducting customer service calls to identify other business unit needs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- No experience needed
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
- Outstanding communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Mandatory skills of computer work, using MS Office suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize
