Truck Driver (E category)

New Brunswick, Canada

Job Description:

• Driving a flat or articulated truck for transporting goods
• Transportation of timber (logs) from rural areas to the sawmill (factory)
• Loading, and unloading of goods
• Taking care of the safety of the cargo, the truck's goods, the vehicle's condition, tires, lights, brakes, etc.
• Constant communication with dispatchers
• Keeping records of data on working hours, mileage, fuel consumption and submitting reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar position in domestic and/or international traffic
• A valid category E driver's license for at least two years
• Knowledge of the English language, B1/B2 level
• Minimum IV degree of vocational education (completed four-year high school)

Work Conditions:

• Compensation from $23.68 per hour
• Full-time job (40-60 hours weekly)
