Position Truck Driver Recruiter, should have:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- MINIMUM 2 years experience as Truck Driver Recruiter in USA transportation industry
- Fluent English language
- Multitask and problem solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, managing and processing of new driver’s leads and applications
- Contact qualified drivers to offer opened positions
- Providing background documentation check such as MVRs, PSPs
- Maintain contact with the drivers throughout the onboarding process to ensure continuity
- Revising and correcting driver applications
- Follow ups with the existing driver base
- Follow up drivers on weekly bases
- Communication between different divisions of the company about the drivers
