Requirements:
- Great written, speaking, and writing English skills
- 1+ year experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage the hiring process to meet business recruitment requirements
- Develop and publish job advertisements on platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality drivers
- Screen resumes and potential drivers, qualify, interview and manage drivers throughout the interview process from pre-interview preparation to helping negotiate the final offer
- Maintain a database of drivers, including active and passive potential candidates
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
