What you will be doing:
- active attraction of clients without calls (cappers and affiliates)
- search by ready-made databases
- connection to the online service and integration of the product into users' resources

- knowledge of the field of arbitration and the specifics of sports traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company’s affiliate network.
- Design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to effectively promote products or services.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliate partners, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices, including innovative strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on affiliate program performance for management review.
- Turkish language proficiency -C1, English language proficiency B1-B2
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate or digital marketing with a focus on results-based campaigns.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize.
- Results-oriented approach, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to embrace change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
