Why do we need you?
We’re growing our BrokerIQ team and looking for an innovative person who can join us in designing simple, easy to use features on our flagship CRM product, BrokerIQ.
We will rely on you to identify problems and provide the voice of design in product decision making during our backlog refinement sessions. Creating original visual designs while taking a user-centered approach, you should be capable of rapidly testing and iterating your design proposals.
Mandatory skills/experience:
- Expert knowledge of tools like Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, pen and paper
- High comfort level in both written and verbal communication with customers, engineers and product people
- In-depth understanding of UI; understanding of latest design and technology trends and their role in SAAS environments
Bonus skills:
- Knowledgeable in wireframing tools, storyboards, and user flows
- Ability to leverage usability studies and data to identify user pain points in order to make improvements on experience, flows and interfaces
- Motion tools like After Effects and Principle
You have a keen eye for design and problem-solving, and are steadily focused on creating seamless user interaction, functionality and readability. Articulating your artistic thoughts and ideas via drawing comes as second nature to you.
