The UI/Motion Designer will work collaboratively with the Design team to concept, design, edit, and animate (when needed) social posts, website graphics, icons, and showcase how our features work with simple, effective, light-weight animations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In an Agile environment, you will work closely with our internal design team to conceptualize and create marketing visuals in a variety of formats and sizes using best practices in animation
• You will participate in creative ideation, strategy, and brainstorming
• You maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and collaboration
• You keep informed of industry standards within motion design and software

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

• Excellent portfolio demonstrating design, editing, and motion graphics/animation
• Knowledge/experience in 2D motion graphics animation. / Turning static images into moving animations
• Understand Web standards and best practices for delivering lightweight video, graphics, and motion
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a creative, collaborative environment
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and articulate and present creative ideas
