We are looking for a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer for one of our clients, a company leading the future of biotech digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling user experiences for cutting-edge digital products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product design
- A professional portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms
- Expertise in designing functional, user-friendly experiences in complex business environments
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Familiarity with change management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with SAP, SaaS products
- Experience with designing for the healthcare industry (preferably the pharmaceutical industry)
- Background in designing enterprise-level applications
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and challenges
- Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and both low- and high-fidelity mockups
- Plan and execute testing sessions, gather user feedback, and refine designs accordingly
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
- Assist in communicating design changes and managing transitions to new interfaces and experiences
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including user personas and journey maps
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights
