Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for a range of positions within our partnering logistics brokerage companies. These roles include Business Development, Sales Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, VPs, and other key leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills (verbal and written), and experience in sales, operations or related logistics functions within an American brokerage environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various roles and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Use various sourcing tools, networks, and platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the System.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
- Prior experience in carrier sales, logistics, or related roles within an American brokerage company is a MUST.
- Ability to work 8-5 US CST.
- Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and evaluate candidates in a logistics environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
