For our client, we are seeking detail- oriented, fashion-savvy, and friendly people for the position of Uniform Administrator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage uniform stock and ensure proper fit for employees;
• Track inventory and report discrepancies;
• Inspect uniforms for quality and oversee repairs or alterations;
• Collaborate with tailors, suppliers, and departments to meet uniform needs;
• Enforce uniform policies and maintain appearance records;
• Use company software to manage stock movements and records.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and supplier communication;
• Detail-oriented in managing inventory and appearance standards;
• Skills in improving inventory processes;
• PC literate with experience in stock management software;
• Experience in fashion or uniform design.
