We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager, who will launch advertising campaigns both independently and in collaboration with contractors.
What do you need to do:
- Traffic acquisition: desktop/mobile/in-app;
- Launching advertising campaigns: performance, affiliate marketing in the Serbian market;
- Coordination of SEO, ASO, SMM activities;
- Collaborating with the creative team to create and test creatives;
- Optimizing and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and budget expenditure for user acquisition, activation, and reactivation;
- Finding new approaches to achieve KPIs for volume and profitability;
- Monitoring competitors' activities;
- Primary focus on CPA/Affiliate.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist in the Serbian or Balkan market;
- Experience of the gambling and entertainment industry;
- Knowledge of Serbian as a native language and strong proficiency in English or Russian;
- Ability to launch advertising campaigns both with partners and independently, test different channels and creatives, and analyze traffic quality;
- Understanding of internet marketing and the mobile app market;
- Excellent knowledge of key metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, ARPU, CPA, PPS;
- Proficiency in working with trackers and analytics systems;
- Experience with CPA / Revshare offers;
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs;
- Analytical mindset
