User Experience Specialist

Key responislibilities:
- Participates in G2M process in relevant stages in order to ensure UX principles are properly implemented in CRM and Digital channels
- Facilitate the UX design process within cross-functional teams
- Closely collaborates with Product owners providing UI design for Customer/Internal users facing interfaces
- Build wireframes, mockups and prototypes proposing new solutions
- Organize and conduct live user interviews
- Iterate on design based on user feedback, user research, tech constraints, market dynamics
- Setup of A/B and Split URL tests using online tool
- Perform analysis of user behavior based on web analytics data
- Present proposals for improvements, solutions and concepts based on interviews or A/B testing results
- Build HIFI detail mockups and prototypes in Adobe XD
For the good start you will need:
- Working experience, preferably within mobile operator, music industry or content/service provider is an asset
- Good knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage
- Web design knowledge (HTML/CSS) and experience will be seen as an asset
- Understanding of front-end programming will be seen as an asset
- Fluency in English
