We are a letting and property sales agency in London, UK and require a virtual assistant to help with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/appointments
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Arrange and coodrdinate property repairs & contractor visits
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Create adverts and listings for available properties, arrange viewings with potential leads
Requirements
- Excellent English, decent PC/laptop and reliable/fast internet.
- Great customer service / phone skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently. Smart. Clever. Resourceful. High attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Working Time Zone: UK (Mon - Fri- 9am - 5pm)
Location: Home Based
Compensation: £800
