Arundel Capital is a UK based investment company that buys and holds businesses for the long-term.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our small, entrepreneurial investment team. You’ll work directly with the founder and be involved in a range of administrative and research tasks that are critical to our process of identifying businesses to acquire.
What You’ll Be Doing...
This role is varied and hands-on. You'll help keep things running smoothly while learning about how we source and evaluate investment opportunities. Tasks include:
- Assisting the founder with daily tasks and scheduling
- Researching specific markets and industries
- Finding and contacting business owners
- Speaking with brokers and coordinating communication
- Compiling concise weekly reports on potential acquisition targets
- Supporting the team in maintaining organized systems and workflows
We’re looking for someone who is...
- A self-starter with examples of taking initiative
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Hard-working, curious, and adaptable
- Interested in investing, entrepreneurship, or small business operations
Bonus points for...
- Experience or interest in value investing
- Prior experience supporting busy professionals or founders
- Familiarity with investment terminology or tools like CRMs, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.
