Virtual administrative Assistant

We are a small, dynamic team… running fast growing company manufacturing highly specialized equipment for plumbers located around the world. Our production and distribution facilities are located in Finland, while our sales, logistics, and support team is situated in various countries.

Our main selling channels are four online stores, and fast-growing sales has prompted us to look for an individual who would assist us in daily administrative activities of running the business. 

Apart from a contractual compensation package, we offer our team the benefit of working from home, and exposure to learning first hand how to develop exponential growth in an online business focused on international markets in an entrepreneurial environment. 

Tasks include (but not limited to) are:

• Creating packing list (Google sheets)
• Creating shipping labels (Fedex)
• Answering clients’ enquiries by e-mail (Workspace Gmail)
• Warranty and replacements (Google docs)
• Researching and contacting local Serbia suppliers and collaborators (Google)
• Simple video and picture editing. (Adobe or an equivalent program)
• Update product images and descriptions across 4 websites. ( Photoshop or equivalent program)
• Collecting reviews of our service across social media (Facebook. Instagram)
• Engagement with customers (Workspace Gmail)

Training is provided, however previous knowledge of these tools is advantageous.

We collaborate through Google Docs and WhatsApp, thus you will need a reliable internet connection to work and a fluent level of English. Working hours are from 7:30 – 15:30.
