For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player-favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Visual Assistant with English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee appearance records to ensure consistency with company guidelines;
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on professional image standards;
- Assess and suggest improvements in employee presentation, implementing necessary adjustments;
- Approve new employees' visual presentation before their first on-camera appearance;
- Develop and distribute clear guidelines on appearance expectations and best practices;
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure visual consistency across all studio projects.
Requirements:
- At least two years of practical experience in makeup and hairstyling, plus one year in an image-related role;
- A valid diploma or professional certification in hairstyling or makeup;
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written;
- Strong computer skills for managing schedules and communications;
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams
