Sales Back Officer (German)
Job description
- You will be working on a key position that is involved in coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers, frontline sales and logistics.
- You will be following result-oriented processes and practices, on achieving objectives in tight integration with the frontline sales team.
- You will be involved in tele-sales related activities for renewals and repeat sales, processing sales orders received from the customers, preparation of for the product offerings based on customer requirements and up-selling or cross selling wherever required and in logistics work to export our goods.
- Apart from these, routine activities like documentation, filing, correspondence will also be part of the job.
Your professional profile
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory
- Working experience in the administration or telemarketing job position
- University degree or gymnasium diploma
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Technical background would be considered as advantage.
