KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of items
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of wire products and materials in accordance with production schedules
- Organizes and optimizes warehouse layout to ensure efficient handling and storage of wire spools and reels
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and safety
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipment schedules, and warehouse operations
- Collaborate with logistics teams to schedule inbound and outbound shipments of wire products
- Ensure the availability of all documents, procedures, work instructions, and visual aids related to the warehouse
- Daily follow - up FML and reporting about equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions
- Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements.
- Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school degree or Bachelor's degree in logistics, Transport Management or Transportation Administration
Required Experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years in similar position
- Understanding of strategies, policies and processes related to Logistics and Transportation
- Industry experience is a must
LANGUAGE & SOFTWARE SKILLS:
- Good verbal and written English
- Computer literacy

- Team player, able to accept and quickly implement feedback to achieve better results
