Warehouse Coordinator

International Alexander d.o.o. is searching for a newwarehouse coordinator colleague.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Medium/advanced English level, both written and speaking. He/ She must be able to speak and understand people from different countries.  
• High school or university degree
• PC operation knowledge (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in working in a warehouse/production company of minimum 1-year as a coordinator, team leader
• Ability to organize people, delegate tasks, build structure
• Organized person who can choose and make priorities
• Problem solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details
• Result oriented
• Cost oriented. He/ She must understand what the costs of logistics or production are and focus on optimizing them
• Improvements oriented. Experience with Kaizen methodology is a plus
• Conflict management abilities are a plus

 Job Description:

• Must organize a team, working in two or three shifts to deliver customer requirements and achieve required service quality
• Oversee different types of warehouse processes
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Build and control warehouse planning that results from logistics activities (loading, unloading, extra deliveries, etc.)
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Oversee and control all documents required by customers and legal entities (support in administration )
• Implement and follow-up warehouse KPI-s
