Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning, Budgeting and operating the Zumtobel owned warehouses of finished goods, semi-finished goods and raw materials
- Monitoring costs, performance and quality of the warehouse processes, based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of material flow and other HSE and 6S rules
- Continuously optimizing the warehouse processes in context of cost, performance and quality aspects; Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting to superior
- Define and permanently adapt the warehouse requirements derived out of the supply chain strategy to meet customer requirements and expectations (value added services)
- Ensure global process standards and methodologies in our warehouses with using of all logistic and supply chain methodology and ERP system as well
- Initiate and steer projects in context of warehousing
- Responsible for internal and material flow connecting all E2E processes as: inbound, internal logistic and material handling, outbound
Your profile:
- University degree
- Language skills - fluent in written and spoken English
- Analytical skills on high level
- Good communication and organizational skills, coordination and leadership proven in existing company
- Numeracy and literacy skills are mandatory on high level
- PC knowledge for MS Office on high level
- SAP/ERP knowledge as mandatory
- Experience in similar or/and same position is advantage
