Warehouse Team Leader

Yanfeng Seating d.o.o. Kragujevac, a member of the Yanfeng group, a global automotive trim supplier, with presence on 3 continents, and in over 100 locations, is expanding it’s business with a greenfield investment in Serbia. We are looking for a motivated candidate, to become a team member of our new factory in the position of:

WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing of the day-to-day operations for incoming and finished products warehouses;
• Coordinating work to internal work areas, forklift operators and other operational staff;
• Checking all outgoing shipments to ensure that they are in good condition and making sure that all documents are accurately prepared for proper documentation;
• Staff planning in cooperation with warehouse supervisor (vacation, absences, temporary workers, overtime work);
• Responsible that safety regulations are observed and met in his area of responsibility;
• Planning and carrying out job rotation;
• Organizing and monitoring training of staff according to training schedules;
• Making certain that company guidelines and policies are understood and respected;
• Operating means of internal transport if necessary.

 Requirements:

• High school diploma – IV degree;
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience in warehouse management;
• 1 or more years of team leading experience;
• Knowledge in lean logistics and material pulling in principle;
• Familiarity with some warehouse management software;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good interpersonal/organizational skills, strong sense of team belonging;
