- Implementing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track website user behavior across the portfolio of Better Collective websites
- Defining and developing measurement plans based on a site’s KPIs, in close collaboration with site owners
- Setting up the defined measurement plans, including creating custom events through Google Tag Manager, setting up goals and funnels
- Verifying the tracking is set up correctly, and events and goals are tracking as they should
- Has love for user behavior data and is analytical by nature, but with an eye for design and great user experience
- Knows how to extract insights from data, can synthesize results, and communicate these clearly to various audiences and stakeholders
- Has a proactive approach to data analysis, seeing opportunities in the insights gathered and offering suggestions for optimization along the way
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Web Analytics, and User Experience or Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Has experience in Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clicky or other web analytics tools
- Experience with tag management tools such as GTM or DTM is a plus
- Excellent English communication
