Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in French for the iGaming industry. This includes handling player inquiries via live chat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. The role also involves maintaining a professional and friendly tone, adhering to company policies, and contributing to a positive player experience. Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with CRM systems are essential. Prior experience in iGaming is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Effectively respond to customer requests and questions chat
- Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
- Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer
Requirements:
- Native French speaker with intermediate English proficiency
- Proven experience in customer support
- Familiar with CRM systems and best practices
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Working from the Office in Belgrade
- Rotating shifts
