Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the work of the customer service team (7-10 people)
- Responsible for development and support of team members
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of employee performance
- Participating in the process of recruiting new team members
- In charge of resolving escalation cases
- Suggesting and developing new strategies for improving the work quality of the team
Required qualifications:
- Experience as a team leader/supervisor
- Minimum C1 level of German and English, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
