For one of our clients – Our client is a leading provider of software for online games. Their focus on mobile compatibility and commitment to security make them a favourite among players. For our client, we are seeking determined, responsible, and organized individuals for the position of Workforce Management Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise work schedules and rotations at gaming tables;
- Collaborate with HR and Team Managers on time-off requests and scheduling;
- Create daily staffing reports and handle administrative tasks;
- Develop staffing plans to ensure proper coverage;
- Track attendance and ensure compliance with regulations;
- Prepare rotation files for smooth shift transitions.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and staffing;
- 6+ months of relevant experience and ability to work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and workforce management software;
- Fluent in English and Serbian;
- Willing and available to work 24/7 shifts;
- Knowledge of local labor laws;
- Analytical skills and experience with workforce analytics tools.
