B2B Sales Expert
(Vlasotince)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients – responding to inquiries, providing information, and resolving comments or concerns
- Preparation and customization of offers in line with client needs and requirements
- Monitoring delivery deadlines and project execution to ensure timely delivery and service quality
- Identification and engagement of potential clients in relevant industries (white goods, power tools, automotive, etc.)
- Active management of the client acquisition process – from initial contact and offer presentation to finalizing collaboration, in close cooperation with the engineering project team
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying additional opportunities for cooperation
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, including decision-making regarding stock control
- Development and execution of B2B marketing activities aimed at expanding to new markets and strengthening brand awareness
- Creating sales strategies and targets, along with regular reporting on activities and achieved results
- Conducting financial analyses, market trend assessments, and forecasting future sales performance
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical or economic field (e.g., electrical engineering, management, marketing, or similar)
- Experience in B2B sales of technical products (preferably in electronics, components, automation, or related industries)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with procurement processes in manufacturing companies is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, sales, and technical presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to independently lead sales initiatives
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
