For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Workwear Coordinator with Turkish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate allocation of uniforms to employees, maintaining proper fit and quantity;
- Monitor and document stock levels, reporting discrepancies and forecasting supply needs;
- Inspect uniforms for defects, coordinate repairs or alterations, and ensure compliance with company appearance standards;
- Work closely with suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to ensure uniform requirements are met;
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and maintain updated records;
- Enforce uniform policies and maintain records of employee allocations;
- Manage orders for new uniforms, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking;
- Prepare regular reports on uniform distribution, inventory levels, and expenses;
- Identify opportunities for streamlining stock management and distribution processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Turkish and English – both written and spoken;
- Excellent computer literacy and experience generally with Excel and MS Office package;
- Experience in the retail sector;
- Precision and attention to detail in inventory management;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments and suppliers;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Experience in the fashion industry, textile sector, or uniform management;
- Skills in optimizing warehouse processes and improving efficiency;
- Previous experience in logistics, administration, or apparel management is a plus.
