What we will expect from you:
- Assisting in connecting OSS (Operations Support Systems) with BSS (Business Support Systems) applications, to ensure automatic data exchange and synchronization between business and operational functions
- Assisting in the installation, configuration and maintenance of tools that enable automated management of end devices and network elements
- Assisting in the installation, configuration and maintenance of network monitoring tools, which enable visualization of network performance, real-time data analysis and identification of potential problems
- Preparation and updating of technical documentation for systems
- Working with senior engineers to identify and solve complex problems
- Application testing
- Participation in the analysis of new requirements for the development of OSS tools
- Help team with their documentation needs
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
For a good start you will need:
- University degree (or in your final year of studies) from Telecommunication field
- Familiarity with SNMP, Python and API will be considered as plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time-management skills
