Is looking for QMS Associate

- to provide necessary support to Quality manager related QMS requirements

Tasks/responsibilities

• Providing support in maintaining and updating the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records; 

• Maintaining the document management system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly categorized;

• Supporting the archiving and updating of records in accordance with relevant requirements; • Collaborating with various departments to ensure quality processes are properly implemented and documented; 

• Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3); 

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits (customer, regulatory, and certification audits); 

• Monitoring and recording non-conformities, as well as corrective and preventive actions; 

• Providing support and guidance to teams regarding quality standards, procedures, and best practices, as well as conducting training sessions on QMS updates.

Candidate profile

Mandatory knowledge of the English language – fluent conversation
Chinese language - preferred
Mandatory advanced computer skills (at least MS Office suite)
Professional education: at least VI degree in organizational or technical profession (preferred) or students on final year of organizational or technical studies
Interest and passion for Quality Management in automotive industry
Dedication and strong desire for gaining new skills and professional development  
Introduced to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 standard requirements
