We are looking for new team members who will shape the future of our new Corporate Finance Shared Service Center (CFSSC) in Novi Sad. As the CFSSC is being established, there is a greater opportunity to contribute to process improvement, operation optimization, and implementation of market best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and prompt payment collection
• Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues, including chargebacks, disputes, and refunds
• Collaborate with the sales team and provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolve any issues impacting AR/payment collection
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify past due accounts and prioritize collection efforts
• Generate and send customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders

Requirements: 

• Fluency in English and German
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office suite
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
