Job Description and Responsibilities:

Your main tasks:

• Independent processing of all accounts payable activities
• Account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
• Close cooperation with internal departments
• Carry out monthly intercompany reconciliations
• Evaluating and optimizing existing processes, implementing new processes and driving digitalization forward

Your profile:

• Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Experience in working in a shared service center
• Structured and independent way of working
• Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking
• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and strong knowledge in SAP
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
