Requirements

  • Processing and posting accounting documents: This includes handling purchase invoices, accounts receivable invoices, prepayment invoices, bank statements, and other relevant documents.
  • Supplier and customs account management: Regularly check and reconcile accounts with suppliers and customs, ensuring accurate records. Perform routine reconciliations with both vendors and customers.
  • Issuing outgoing invoices: Generate and issue outgoing invoices for the company on a weekly basis.
  • Account balance verification: Review the accuracy and completeness of account balances, ensuring that accounts are appropriately matched with the nature of the business.
  • Financial accuracy checks: Verify expenditure, revenue, and other records to ensure all figures are correct and properly classified and recorded.

Qualifications

  • Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in finance-related work.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in both English and Serbian for workplace communication.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
    Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
