About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented colleague to join our Finance team in Loznica. The Asset & Expense Accountant will help with daily finance operations, including tracking company assets, supporting expense reports, and assisting in budgeting and reporting. This role is a great opportunity for students or graduates who want to build a career in finance within an international manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting for company assets and expenses.
• Assist in preparing CAPEX and OPEX reports and tracking budgets.
• Help with invoice verification, payment requests, and documentation.
• Keep accurate records of fixed assets and ensure data consistency.
• Cooperate with other departments and the Shared Service Center.
• Assist with audits and other finance projects when needed.

Requirements

• College degree or a final-year student in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good understanding or interest in accounting principles.
• Excellent English skills – written and spoken.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

Working Conditions

• Environment: Office-based position.
• Workload: May require overtime during monthly closing or audit periods.
• Communication: Daily collaboration with internal departments and external finance partners (approx. 50% internal, 50% external).
