Job description

Scanning and archiving incoming invoices, administration.
Management and monitoring of advance payments for deliveries.
Setting up SAP financial/accounting master data for customers and shippers.
Tasks related to bank accounts: archiving bank statements, managing discrepancies, preparing bank transfers, preparing and sending IHC orders for manual transfers, monitoring balances.
Administration of corporate bank cards.
Monitoring obligations to suppliers: creating a weekly supplier obligations list, reconciling items past due with customer service, creating payment notices. Managing customer and freight forwarder balances.
Administrative and archival tasks related to documents.
Active collaboration in task closure.
Preparation and archiving of drafts, monitoring the same.
Collaboration on tasks related to audits.
Allocation of costs on supplier invoices.
General ledger accounting, customer analysis, freight forwarder analytics.
Monitoring and analysis of the value of framework orders.
Performing ad hoc tasks received from the accounting group manager and the head of the finance department.

Requirements

BSc Economics or relevant field
Min. 3 years of relative experience in international environment
Knowledge and experience with SAP
Fluent in English
