We are pleased to offer a full-time position for:

Accounting and reporting manager

We are looking for a proactive individual who is able to organize the accounting team, to automate processes and implement a document management system once the ERP implementation is finalized. Also, to ensure legal compliance within local regulations and consolidation with other legal entities within the group. This individual will provide regular reports and feedback to the CFO.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting of Serbian legal entity and consolidation of all legal entities within the Group according to Group Accounting instructions and timetables (with support from CFO in the first year)
• Contact person for Group Audit, tax advisor and local taxation
• Responsible for monthly and year-end Tax reporting in close connection with Corporate Tax / local Tax advisor
• Manage and develop local accounting team, prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met
• Participate in complex projects and provide first-level guidance for finance topics
• Responsible for quarterly and annually audit of financial statements
• Responsible for processing of accounting documentation (while respecting IFRS rules and local legislation)
• Coordinate activities of accounting department with activities of other departments Controls

Qualifications:

• Certified Chartered Financial Accountant or Degree in Business studies
• at least 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting, in leadership roles
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Pantheon and/or SAP ERP knowledge is an advantage
• English fluent in spoken and written
