Accounting assistant
(Location: BIGZ Business Centre // Vinča)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing notifications to customers and suppliers
• Performing reconciliations with banks, customers, and suppliers
• Applying relevant accounting and financial standards
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
• Maintaining petty cash records and accounting documents
• Recording and posting incoming invoices, payment orders, and other accounting entries
• Monthly reconciliation with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Preparing and posting bank statements on a daily basis
• Communicating with clients to support and improve collection processes
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

Qualifications:

• University/Master’s degree in Economics or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or a similar accounting role
• Strong understanding and compliance with financial and accounting regulations
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Navision is an advantage
