Position Overview:
Due to business requirements, we are seeking a highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Administrative and Operational Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing business correspondence via email and telephone
- Receiving clients and arranging meetings
- Correspondence with business banks where the company holds active accounts
- Maintaining and archiving business documentation in accordance with the company’s official records management and archiving procedures
- Issuing, recording and monitoring outgoing invoices and pro forma invoices
- Preparing, organising and submitting business documentation to the accounting department
- Updating internal resolutions and appointment decisions governing employment relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Level VI qualification) in Economics or a closely related field (finance, accounting, business administration)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles
- Mandatory prior experience in invoicing and billing processes
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
