We are looking for a: Administrative Coordinator
The basic scope of duties of the administrative coordinator are:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from managers,
- Reporting the workflow and regular actions for all teams and clients,
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems,
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers,
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
The basic requirements are:
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office),
- Team work,
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task,
- Good knowledge of English.
