We recruit and train employees for every branch of industry. Our customers are medium and large companies, mainly from the automotive.

We are looking for a: Administrative Coordinator

The basic scope of duties of the administrative coordinator are:

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from managers,
  • Reporting the workflow and regular actions for all teams and clients,
  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems,
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers,

Submit and reconcile expense reports.

The basic requirements are:

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office),
  • Team work,
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work,
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task,
  • Good knowledge of English.
