Job description:

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of paid campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Creating and managing lead generation campaigns
• Creating landing pages and forms for data collection
• Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing based on analytical data
• Close collaboration with the sales team to align marketing and sales activities and share feedback
• Creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Using CRM systems (especially HubSpot) for lead analysis and customer data insights
• Developing lead nurturing strategies and increasing conversion rates
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on campaign results
• Managing the digital campaign budget and optimizing costs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid campaigns and lead generation
• Experience using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Creativity, proactiveness, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of the English language
