We are currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Affiliate and Business Development Manager to join our team and support our partner company – a leading performance marketing agency specializing in generating motivated, qualified, and compliant leads and calls for businesses. Core verticals include insurance, financial services, home services, legal, and e-commerce.

As an Affiliate and Business Development Manager, you will be part of the business development team and take ownership of affiliate and buyer relationships. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of partnership management and revenue growth; you will prospect new partners, onboard them effectively, and drive ongoing campaign performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and pursue new affiliate partners and media buyers aligned with the company's verticals
  • Conduct outreach, pitch partnership opportunities, and negotiate terms
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners

Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth launch
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and buyers
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and support

Optimization & Scale

  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with partners to optimize results
  • Secure increased budgets and expanded campaign scope from existing partners
  • Identify opportunities to scale top-performing partnerships
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively address partner concerns

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track partnership metrics, revenue, and growth opportunities
  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership
  • Contribute insights to inform broader business development strategy

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related field
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing fundamentals (tracking, attribution, common payout models)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Everflow, Ringba, and Asana
  • Excellent written and verbal English – comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and relationship building
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Gemini
  • Experience working with affiliate networks or direct advertiser/publisher relationships
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, EPC)
  • Background in any of the core verticals: insurance, financial, home services, legal, or e-commerce
