What You’ll Do

• Be the night hero: coordinate U.S. drivers after hours and keep operations running smoothly.
• Track shipments, solve problems, and keep customers informed.
• Handle breakdowns, delays, and unexpected challenges like a pro.
• Update systems, reports, and delivery confirmations (PODs) with precision.
• Work side by side with operations, safety, and maintenance teams — because we’re one unit.

What We Expect

• Experience in U.S. trucking dispatch (Dry Van preferred).
• Excellent English — written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and logical.
• Computer savvy (TMS experience = big plus).
• Ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be present in our Novi Beograd office — this is a team sport.
