• Pravovremena reakcija na potencijalne probleme u transportu

Odgovornosti:

• Praćenje statusa pošiljki i rešavanje problema u transportu
• Komunikacija sa vozačima, dispečerima i klijentima
• Pravovremeno davanje informacija i ažuriranje statusa
• Vođenje evidencije i ažuriranje sistema za praćenje

Rad u smenama:

• Radni dani: 23:00–06:00 / 06:00–14:00
• Vikend: 06:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00
